» pods are first come first serve
» power on the pods via the switch located on the wall opposing the desk (pods must remain ON while occupied to ensure propper airflow)
» clean & disinfect work surface after use.
» return desk height to sitting height (preset #1).
» return the chair to the pushed in position under the desk.
» remove any and all trash or personal belongings.
» break up longer periods of work by shifting the desk to the standing position.
» lock the door to ensure you will not be disturbed
» Pods are heavily sound controlled, but not fully sound proof. Talking / playing audio at higher than average
volumes may slightly register outside of your pod.
