**RECORD A TEST BEFORE A FULL EPISODE/ RECORDING**


Select your mics > start recording > tap mics with your finger > play back to ensure mics are recording


troubleshoot mics not recording: on the tablet: double tap searchbar (bottom center) type "Sound" > select "sound mixer options" > from the dropdown: output "Realtek(tablet speakers)" input "ZOOM L8 (mixer board)"

» replace headphones after recording. Hang the headphones over their corrosponding microphone arm.


» re-orient all microphones to the straight position(mic heads facing seats)


» remove any and all trash or personal belongings.


tips

» before recording a full eposide, record a test track with all microphones & play it back to verify everyting is working preoperly.

» talk DIRECTLY into the mic for the best and most consistant audio quality.

» export recorded audio as an MP3 file for the best compatibility.

» point the LED remote towards the top right side of the TV when changing the lighting color.
